RFPIO headquarters moves to bigger office

We are thrilled to announce that as of March 1st, RFPIO has moved our headquarters to The Beaverton Building, also known as City Hall, in downtown Beaverton, Oregon. It’s hard to believe, but this move marks our fifth office space.

Less than a year ago, we were letting the world know that we had moved into a larger office because the company size had doubled from startup to bigger startup. Within months, even that space began to feel too small. It’s like the old adage that fish grow to the size of their bowl. (The veracity of that claim is disputed, but we’ve experienced it now a few times!)

So it was time, again, to expand. Not only is our new office in a convenient, central location in Beaverton, but it’s three times the size of our previous space. Now we are able to stretch out and make room for more team members and an even stronger operation.

We are proud to be a member of the Beaverton business community and are additionally thrilled to have the endorsement of Mayor Denny Doyle.

“We are very excited to have RFPIO join us in The Beaverton Building,” he said. “They have won recognition for small business innovation with their responsive software and their entrepreneurial spirit is a perfect fit for Beaverton. They are a great addition to our creative community.”

Let’s see what the team has to say:

Move out day

A growing organization

Maria, Digital Marketing Specialist
This space is much bigger than our last office. We have more meeting rooms, gathering spaces, and even a kitchen sink! It feels less like a startup now, and more like we’ve adapted into a big company.

David, Senior Director of Sales
I work remotely from the east coast, so I don’t get to visit HQ very often. I was blown away when I saw the new office space. We pride ourselves on being a lean company that doesn’t need a lot, but this is a bona fide business space and I look forward to seeing it change the next time I come back through town.

Mitch, Senior Account Executive
This will be the fifth office space I’ve worked in with RFPIO, so I’ve seen how our growth has progressed. There was a time when it was just Ganesh and me in a very small space. We’ve come a long way since then.

RFPIO Conference Room

A quiet conference room, for a time

Convenient location

Adam, Account Executive
Since our new office is closer to the Max line, we have more opportunities for transportation. In fact, the nearest stop is right outside our building so it’s very convenient.

Ryan, Customer Support Manager
My gym is just a few yards away from the office, so now I can stop over there for a quick workout during lunch or right after work. No excuses!

Hakeem, Business Development Representative
It just so happens that Beaverton’s brand new food cart pod is right across the street. We’ve already been making the most of that and trying out all the many delicious options.

RFPIO New Office

Before the desks arrived

Close to home

Chris, Account Executive
As a lifelong Beaverton resident, I am familiar with the area and enjoy being right in the heart of the city. Working in City Hall and being more connected with the business community here has been exciting.

Konnor, Senior Account Executive
This office is near my neighborhood, so the commute has gotten a lot shorter. Spending less time on the road means more time with my family, which is really valuable to me.

 RFPIO New Meeting Room

Ready for business

A word of thanks

Ganesh, Chief Executive Officer
In 18 months, we have had 5 offices, which shows just how nimble we are. We still have the flexibility of a young company, but with this move we have the infrastructure of an established organization. The whole RFPIO team is enjoying the process of getting settled in, and we appreciate all the help we’ve gotten from friends, family and the City of Beaverton. It’s been a very warm welcome. We encourage our clients to pay us a visit!
