SUB PROCESSOR LIST

Last Updated*: June 26, 2023 To support the delivery of our Services, RFPIO, Inc. d/b/a Responsive may engage and use data processors, or content delivery networks with access to or potentially have access to customer data (each, a “Subprocessor”). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor. We publish our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement on our website.

Engaging Subprocessors

Responsive has undertaken appropriate due diligence prior to engaging any Third-Party Subprocessor. We use a commercially reasonable selection process to ensure the processing of customer data aligns with our security & privacy requirements. We review all Subprocessors regularly to ensure they still meet the original requirements and any additional requirements that may have arisen.

Core Subprocessors

Responsive uses infrastructure and storage services from Third-party infrastructure providers to store Customer Data or provide additional services as needed to help with the delivery of our Services. Data storage and Responsive-controlled processing will normally remain in one region but may be shifted among data centres within a region to ensure performance and availability, unless specifically requested to remain in a specific region.  Responsive may use the following Subprocessors for Core Services:

Optional Subprocessors:

In addition to the Core Subprocessors listed above, Responsive offers alternative Subprocessors for hosting, as well as enhanced features and capabilities. Customers have the option to choose to utilize the optional Subprocessors to use such alternative services or enhanced capabilities. Responsive may use the following Subprocessors for alternative services,  enhanced features and/or capabilities:
