Account Development Representative

The Account Development Representative will provide support for the Account Management team to qualify leads generated by SalesLoft/marketing campaigns. Improving the quality of opportunities created and generally improving the efficiency of deals closed is the main priority of this position. A successful ADR will have prior experience in Account or Sales Development, and be able to leverage it to develop and maintain relationships with current clients.

Essential Functions: 

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Client outreach initiatives/campaigns
  • Build demand for RFPIOs full line of products/solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Management team
  • Qualify inbound account leads
  • Develop/target account lead strategies
  • Track activities and client documentation in Salesforce
  • Create marketing plans for client growth

Other Duties:

  • Achieve/exceed targets and goals
  • Track success metrics
  • eDevelop penetration strategies with existing clients
  • Building demand for new enhancements/products
  • Collaborate internally with other teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations a plus
  • 1 or more years’ experience in an Account Development and/or Sales Development position
  • Experience in a dynamic, customer facing environment
  • Prior experience with Salesforce

Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
  • Salesforce, Salesloft, Gmail, Microsoft Office, and ChiliPiper experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic and sense of humor
