Revenue Operations Associate

The Revenue Operations Associate is responsible for optimizing processes and the usage of systems in ways that help to maximize revenue efficiency. Analyzing and monitoring various campaigns, opportunities, processes, leads, and providing suggestions to achieve based on that analysis is also key. As a support role, communicating with various members and teams is essential.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage operational aspects of key revenue systems (marketing automation, CRM, Salesloft, ChiliPiper) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Help optimize Revenue efficiency by using systems and processes
  • Monitor campaigns, leads, opportunities to optimize performance based on industry best practices
  • Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
  • Present analysis and findings to a variety of audience
  • Provide analyses to understand quotas, distributor, and/or sales rep performance and competitor impact
  • Receive training, coaching, feedback, and guidance from the Sales Operations Specialist
  • Collaborate with global team in a variety of international time-zones

Other Duties

  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact
  • Proactively engage with the Data team to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing and sales performance monitoring
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Liaise with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Pardot Certification
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation systems
  • Experience in sales and customer service preferred
  • BI Tool or Excel experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
