Revenue Operations Manager

As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be responsible for the Revenue Operations Department and will be expected to provide the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success organization the information, content, processes, training, and tools to help drive revenue. As the manager of a small and rapidly growing team, this role will have direct input on RFPIO’s go-to-market strategy, providing input and prospect feedback for product improvement, and a chance to learn and grow in your career. Revenue Operations at RFPIO is an ever-evolving team. The ideal candidate will be both agile and nimble.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the four pillars of RevOps: Operations, Enablement, Data/Insights, and Managed Information Systems
  • Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, customer success (including the install base), and greater operations team to find gaps and allocate resources and training
  • Manage global RevOps team (8 direct reports)
  • Recommend, implement and administer technology that will drive greater efficiency and productivity in sales
  • Develop, implement and maintain an on-boarding program for Sales Development Representatives, Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers
  • Own and define sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process
  • Train sales team on best uses of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Develop a strong understanding of the RFPIO’s customer lifecycle journey
  • Leverage resources in Technical Support and Services, DevOps, Accountancy, contracts, and other cross-functional teams
  • Provide data analytics to support sales efforts, providing ongoing insights to support strategic decision-making, including but not limited to: operational insights, data access and management
  • Gather feedback from teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
  • Coordinate external sales training where applicable

Other Duties:

  • Determine characteristics that are strong indicators of success and ensure these are integrated in our hiring process.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Accounting, and Contracts teams

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role managing sales enablement or operations
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership role
  • Bachelors Degree preferred in Business or Communications
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing
  • Experience with a Gainsight or similar
  • In Depth-knowledge of Salesforce
  • Previous SaaS experience a plus
