In this year’s State of Enterprise Collaboration, Smartsheet reports that software integration to support collaboration “is no longer a nice to have; the vast majority of respondents consider collaboration apps essential to their ability to compete effectively.”
Many of our customers have expressed how vital software integrations are to maintaining seamlessness and promoting collaboration in their business processes. Since the CRM is such an integral piece of that puzzle, it has always been a high priority for us to enable integrations with platforms like Salesforce.
