What do you like best?
Sleek user interface, slick integrations, and a breadth of functionality that goes way beyond putting RFPs together. You could use this as a knowledge management tool and never build an RFP with it.
What do you dislike?
There are often many ways to achieve the same objective, which is good in that it fits many different organizations but also bad because your organization will really need to be committed to the platform to make it work for everyone. Some people will get lost or have problems understanding all the capabilities they have to collaborate, manage content, protect sensitive data, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before considering RFPIO (or any RFP and content management solution), you NEED to have executive buy-in to the solution. This isn’t a minor speed boost to building RFPs. It requires you to really change how you view and manage content, and you need to have the system administrators be empowered to manage content, customize the system, establish integrations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use it to speed up customer response processes and make our responses consistent, accurate, and up-to-date. We don’t have to pull up a past proposal or customer inquiry to respond to the same or similar question twice.
