What do you like best?

We love our CSM, Nicole. She is amazing!

What do you dislike?

Currently since we are remote, we need to use through Citrix and in turn, aren’t able to use all of RFPIO’s features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the back and forth email issue of keeping our language up-to-date. This tool will help us tremendously with having a central resource for all SMEs to go and update their language as necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
