What do you like best?
I can’t pick one thing; I love the ease of use, the collaboration tools, the hook into our Salesforce instance, the enhancement releases making the UI more flexible, functional, and user friendly. The client success support team is Awesome! Resources are always available to help work through questions, training, etc.
What do you dislike?
I’m excited about RFPIO University. Training has been challenging, but this is a reflection of our corporate training philosophy. We use an interactive training tool, not PowerPoint decks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We now have a centralized location for RFP response content. We are no longer tapping into resources multiple times for the same question. It also allows us to keep our content relevant and of the best caliber. Collaboration between teams has been incredibly helpful. The visibility into RFP activity has increased. Our responses are more consistent and professional.
