The intuitive interface, the tagging capabilities in the content library, the ease of use and the value it provides for my organization. The platform itself is so easy to use and so intuitive. It’s speed to operational use was also huge. When I first started working with RFPIO, I was the only person on the team and I was able to quickly upload content into the content library and get started on my first RFP shortly after contract signing. Other team members who have been brought on to use it have had a similar experience with RFPIO. Since it’s so easy to use, training is quick and painless, and team members are able to hop right into a project. We use RFPIO to respond to RFPs, RFIs, Security and Technical Assessment, as well as create unsolicited proposals using the Templates sections and creating a new project. I also really love their pricing model. It’s very helpful to be price by project rather than by user, and you don’t see this a lot in SaaS pricing models. I am able to have individuals across the organization use RFPIO as little or as often as they like without using a valuable seat.
