What do you like best?

RFPIO allows us to have a central content library where prior responses and best in class writing can be accessed. It also makes it incredibly easy to insert that language into a project response and then edit from there. We really appreciate that version control is no longer an issue and email traffic has been cut down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The tasks feature is a bit clunky for how we would like to use it (as a process document). Our consultants dislike that the text formatting is not Word-based so there is a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problems we’re solving with RFPIO are a central content library and version control/corrupt document. Both of these issues used to take up quite a bit of time in our response timeline; RFPIO has made our process much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
