RFPIO Launches RISE UP, Industry’s First Response Management Conference

Inaugural Industry Event Brings Together Top Minds January 27-28 to Chart Course for Response Management Category

BEAVERTON, Ore., — Jan. 19, 2021 — As digital transformation continues to evolve the modern business landscape, RFPIO is proud to launch RISE UP, the industry’s first ever conference focused on the rapidly growing response management category. The RISE UP virtual conference is scheduled for January 27 and 28 and will feature industry insights to empower proposal professionals to fully realize their response management potential and win more deals.

“Increasingly dispersed sales teams are scrambling to enhance efficient collaboration in order to keep up with the immediacy and accuracy that B2B buyers demand. That intersection has formed the basis for the response management category and represents a tremendous opportunity for teams to democratize knowledge in order to drive revenue gains,” said Ganesh Shankar, CEO of RFPIO. “With the launch of the RISE UP conference, we aim to provide a gathering place for executives to share ideas and best practices to then apply towards improving cohesiveness in all response situations.”

RISE UP will feature two full days packed with more than 20 sessions from a roster of more than 25 speakers representing companies such as Microsoft, Salesforce and ADP. Attendees will get the chance to network with a global community of professionals specializing in proposal management, sales technology, revenue enablement and more.

On January 27, keynote speaker Steve Silver, Vice President, Research Director at Forrester, will share his vision for the future of response management and insights from his more than 25 years of experience across operations, sales, engineering and product management. On January 28, RFPIO co-founder and CEO Ganesh Shankar will share his vision for the next frontier in response management. Additionally, a keynote panel will tackle the topic of “Content Management to Response Management: Leveraging AI to Scale,” moderated by Revenue Enablement Institute’s Stephen Diorio with discussion from Lionbridge Chief Marketing Officer Jaime Punishil and 1919 Investment Counsel Managing Director and Head of Marketing Patrice Trichon. The RISE UP event will conclude with revelations and analysis of an extensive proposal management benchmark survey report available to attendees. A full agenda of events is available at http://www.riseupconference.com.

The conference will also mark the launch of a new partnership between RFPIO and PreSales Collective, the largest global community of PreSales professionals. As proposal management evolves into response management, the importance of the presales role becomes increasingly pivotal. Through this partnership, both RFPIO and PreSales Collective aim to provide education and influence for a mutually competitive advantage as the category develops and sales process innovation accelerates.

“We are at an exciting moment in the evolution of how we do business and endless opportunities exist to break down silos and streamline the digital response process,” said Angela Earl, Vice President of Global Marketing for RFPIO. “With RISE UP, we are creating an annual event where the industry can come together and cultivate the role of response management to improve sales, marketing and communication now and into the future.”

RISE UP comes as RFPIO closed out an impressive 2020 which saw the company grow its user base by 50%, reach more than 150,000 users and increase global employee headcount by 58%. At the end of 2020, the company was ranked first on GetApp’s Category Leaders in Proposal Management and Business Intelligence Group awarded RFPIO a 2020 Stratus Award in their annual business award program.
